Sometimes there is no better way to convey a brand’s message and core values than through providing an experience where all of that can be showcased.  While “experience” is a broad term, when defined by a challenge that needs solving for, it becomes the soul of an event that can take it from four to a full five stars. The following are a few experience based projects that I lead.

 
 

hotel joaquin x hurley women

In partnering with boutique hotel The Hotel Joaquin for a women’s 2 day retreat, we were able to bring awareness to the Hurley women’s range and Instagram as well as provide a point of connection for female Hurley athletes, influencers and product teams.  The event also garnered the attention of a reporter in attendance resulting in a feature in Forbes Online.

Along with all parts of Hurley marketing and The World Surf League, we solved to build a platform for the only North American stop of The World Surf League’s elite athletic competition circuit and export it globally.

Opportunity:

Program 6 days at the Kelly Slater Wave Co. Surf Ranch.

Task:

1) Foster a relationship between consumers and the Hurley brand by providing a golden ticket experience. 

2) Convey appreciation for and maintain positive company culture for Hurley team riders, influencers and employees.

Results:

Lots and lots of FUN!!
